Stay on the pill: Usually the pill will solve your problems-but it may take 2-3 months. Unless the bleeding is heavy, try to ignore it !

The utility of: The 'thickened endometrium' finding, premenopauselly, is not high. It is cycle dependant. It appears you had an endometrial biopsy. How long have you been on the sprintec? It can take 3 months to normalize bleeding. You may need a 'withdrawel bleed' but without knowing how long you have been on the pill it c an be difficult to say.
