Possible: If you are having unprotected sex you certainly can be pregnant. If you take a pregnancy test in a week or 2 you should have the answer. You certainly would be at risk for another miscarriage if you have an incompetent cervix. You should consult with a high risk OB and be considered for placement of a cerclage (a suture around the cervix) for your next pregnancy.
