May not matter: May not matter tight and hard before or after the miscarriage? It may not bear any meaning on your pregnancy or your ability to carry pregnancy in the future. A cervix should be closed and firmat baseline, but can become soft if having a miscarriage. If not soft at time of miscarriage, this may mean you could benefit from a medication to help pass the miscarriage.
