Sleepless: Yes the tooth more than the drugs will cause you to loose sleep;loss due to change of life may also be an issue. Please seek treatment from a dental school near you or a free/almost free clinic. The longer you wait the worse the infection as it sounds like the tooth is dead or dying.

Seek treatment asap!: Local dental school, hospital based dental residency program, your local and state dental society, religious affiliation, & the following site are some good places to try to find resources for dental care: http://www.Freedentalcare.Us/ things will only get worse without treatment. Try to find a way to work things out. Good luck and feel better. Don't postpone treatment. At least check out options.
