2 weeks ago i had slightly swollen nodes on my neck with no other symptoms. this worried me, as i'm a hypochondriac. the next week, i was 100%. now my neck is stiff again and the nodes are back. cold?

Not due to cold: Swollen nodes in the neck are likely due to an underlying infectious cause like a virus, they can come and go. There are lots of other less common reasons and i think that you should see your primary care doc to make sure it's nothing important. Your doctor would probably get some blood tests of he/she is concerned. Hope you feel better soon !

Most likely...: Lymph nodes that come and go (in size) are usually related to a benign infection. If you feel well otherwise, you can give it a little time to see if they resolve on their own.
