Yes normal.: Yes this is normal. Neither parent can donate blood. She will need o- blood.

It is unlikely.: It is unlikely that two people who are o+ will produce o- baby. Mistakes are made all the time. Go and repeat all the blood tests and then discuss with your doctor.
