Time for action: Uncontrolled blood pressure, when ignored for a long time, causes kidney issues. At first these are very mild, but can progress. Protein in urine shows that the kidney damage has already started to occur. This is the time to take action. If you are able to control your blood pressure and bring it below 130/80 mark, you will protect your kidneys for the future. Are you overweight or diabetic?
