Lots of causes: I'm afraid there are many causes of lower abdominal and pelvic pain in a 17 yr old woman... Such as urinary infection, std, ovarian cyst, menstruation, appendicitis, colitis, and so on. If you are having significant pain you should see a doctor for evaluation.
