Birth Control: Menstrual cycles can vary in length. So although it's unlikely you were in a fertile [ovulatory] part of your cycle only 1 day after your period, it's good that you used plan b. Since you're sexually active, i'm hoping you'll also choose to get on birth control -- and use condoms each time you have sex. Condoms will help protect you from both pregnancy and std's.
