Plan B ?'s: "unprotected sex w/o ejaculation" may be a false assumption, as semen can be released without full ejaculation. If you "started birth control" (assuming oral bcp's ?) remember that bleeding is common after Plan B wears off, and is not a "period", so starting bcp's may not prevent ovulation. Best is to stop having unprotected sex, wait until a real period occurs, and start bcp's on day 3 of period.
