No not common: See your gyn for an evaluation and work up, doubt you would be pg but your gyn can include that with blood work and you need an ultrasound.

Not common: Your symptoms can occur, but not commonly. They certainly shouldn't last more than 5 days. If so, see your doctor and repeat your pregnancy test.
