Sure, the percentages of her white blood cells that are neutrophils and lymphocytes are off from the reported ranges, but in some ways, this is really only pertinent if the WBC count itself is off. For example, if wbcs are high or low, and the lymph percentage is high, that would hint virus. But in this case, this result by itself is not concerning.

Prednisone?: Those numbers don't sound particularly alarming, especially since Prednisone can alter white cell counts somewhat. But why is her acne being treated with prednisone? That is very unusual, except in extremely specialized circumstances. Your sister should question her doctor about that, and if necessary, get a second opinion.
