Unfortunately: ACNE can be a troublesome side effect of PREDNISONE. Discuss this with your prescribing physician. In the meantime treat the acne as you would any outbreak...fastidious cleansing, and the various acne medications sold OTC can be helpful..A Dermatologist consultation may be very helpful!
