I have lattice degeneration in both eyes and am high myopic. are bending over and driving on a bumpy road restricted? the roads are bad in here.

No: It's not likely that these activities would adversely affect your eyes but by chance. I would advise against activities that may increase your risk for eye injury(advisable to all), without concurrent use of protective eye wear. These include basketball, boxing, racket sports, or anything that may result in sudden jarring of your head. Remember, if you experience any sudden change in vision, c doc.

Be reassured: Having myopia and lattice is a really common issue. Though I haven't examined you, it is clear you are very nervous about this. But there may not be much to be done and relatively little likelihood of your being able to change your outcome by avoiding bumpy roads and bending over. Live your life and enjoy!! Know that new or increased floaters, flashes, or shadow deserves a retinal exam promptly.
