Are you in: Antibiotics for your prostatis? Pain at the tip of urinary meatus with lower abdominal discomfort is characteristic of prostatis. During the rectal exam pain pain will be bad during prostate examination. You should be examine by a physician or urologist and treatment started asap. The differential between chronic and acute very important for adequate treatment.
