It is possible...: Familial cases of erythroleukemia (m6) have been described. M6 itself is relatively rare, and familial cases even more rare. Usually, m6 develops in patients with pre-existing myelodysplastic syndrome (pre-leukemic state). Familial types of myelodysplastic syndromes do occur, and would be a risk for developing leukemia. Talk to your doctor about your worries and if any further testing is need.
