Rash: The cause is frequently a fungus infection that the athletes call "jock itch". Try an anti-fungal cream or spray e.g. Lotrimin (clotrimazole) for 10 days. Follow with daily applications of 40% zinc oxide cream or ointment found in the diaper cream section of the pharmacy.
