B vitamin-folate: Eating a diet with whole grains, vegetables, legumes, fresh fruits, diary & calcium rich foods, lean protein (lean meat, fish, poultry & eggs), iron-enriched foods (red meats, poultry, fish, cereals nuts & dried fruits) and no alcohol/tobacco and illicit drugs. No Accutane for acne. Folic acid is a b-vitamin that prevents neural tube defects-dark leafy veggies, beans, fortified cereal.
