How long do non hodgkin's patients typically go on living until they develop obvious severe sickness, assuming they go on without treatment?

Hard to answer.: Non-hodgkin's disease can cause symptoms early on or it may take weeks or months before patient's are sick. It is not advisable to go without treatment for non-hodgkin's lymphoma. It can be cured with chemotherapy and radiation.
