Call your Doctor: There are multiple possible causes for memory loss (neurological, gi, psychiatric, medication). Nausea could be simply related to your migraines or to some other condition. You should be assessed by your physician.

Quick viewpoint: Migraine can cause nausea and transient cognitive dysfunction, which is called "dysphenia hemicrania transitoria", and recommend that you do follow dr fowler's advice and see a neurologist.
