What do you mean?: What do you mean by "what can this mean"? It sounds like a severe migraine, no more, no less. That's what it means. You are in your second trimester so you may have a bit more leeway in what you can be treated with than earlier in your pregnancy. Do NOT try to treat yourself. The headaches won't hurt your baby, but something you take on your own for the headaches could. Call your doctor.
