Are painless swollen nodes for years in neck likely to be cancerous, is this true? also have eosinophilia with negative stools for parasites.

No.: For a 21 year old, swollen nodes are very unlikely to be cancerous. More likely, they are due to some underlying infection or allergy or something else. If the swollen nodes do not get smaller or go away within 2-3 weeks, then best to be evaluated by your physician.
