Vasospasm most likel: Sounds like vasospasm more likely than a stroke. Intense physical activity can rarely induce vasospasm or even non-aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. If it recurs, a ct head would be recommended. Family history of aneurysms may necessitate mra head. Good luck!
