Facial warts : There are many causes i'm some face which are "flesh colored". It's very important to have these differentiated because some of them are actually contagious back to yourself, while others are just enlarged oil glands similar to comedones. There are even genetic causes of these bumps called sebaceous hyperplasia, so you really need to see a dermatologist who can differentiate them for you.
