Need to discuss with Dr.: Diffuse marrow replacement processes can be seen on mri. The biggest concerns are anemia, metastatic disease and lymphoma/leukemia among others. Your doctor will need to correlate this finding with other laboratory and clinical findings in order to arrive at a proper diagnosis.
