I had to have a revised adenoid surgery last week because i was coughing up chunks of hard bloody chunks. a week after the surgery im doing it again?

It can happen again: After adenoid or tonsil surgery there is a 1-2 week healing period in which there can be bleeding. Although the bleeding rate is 1-5%, it is unlikely to happen once let alone twice. I would see a specialist or go to the er asap if there is any bleeding after surgery.
