Yes: You had what used to be called a 'd and c'. On/off bleeding for 7-10 days is normal after a d & c.

Hormonal IUD ?: This device has proven very useful to treat your condition. Bleeding may be from your period and it can be observed. Check with your physician in case there's need to do an ultrasound to confirm the iud's location.

Hard to know: You need to be seen and examined in detail by a gynecologist who can explore many options. You should go back and discuss this with the doctor who performed the initial procedures. Do not wait. Good luck.

Possibly: A lot of factors going into your question. I'm assuming bx came back negative, right? If you just got the iud, mirena, (levonorgestrel) i assume, then sometimes heavy bleed can accompany use of iud. It typically gets better, but not always so bleed could be due to that. At 45, make sure no polyps or fibroids on ultrasound. Check thyroid too. If all else done, then hormones might help, or endo ablation. Talk w/ md.

Yes: Some bleeding and mild cramping after endometrial biopsy is normal, but if it is increasing you should tell your doctor.
