Is it true chest pain in the center of the chest is more likely to be cardiac in nature then pain on the left side (breast area)?

Center of chest: Uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain in the center of chest. It lasts more than few minutes, or goes away and comes back.Women are more likely than men to experience shortness of breath, nausea/vomiting and back or jaw pain.Other signs such as breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness, pain or discomfort in one or both arms.

Not really: But, historically a pressure type retrosternal chest pain associated with activities and better with rest is typical for angina. But as we get older and with female diabetic patients, less typical become typical. I take chest pain very seriously, specially if associated with chd risk factors. Evaluation asap.
