There are many : Good drug lowering BP medication. Sometimes is a trial and error. Also there are ethnic factors. For example beta blocker sometimes don't work in african american. Please, trust your doctors and do not treat yourself. Personal research is good. Bring that research findings and and have a smart discussion with your physician. I love smart discussion with my patients.
