Both: Assuming a reasonably healthy body, both relaxing and moving about are good after eating a moderate meal. Too demanding activity while your body is sending blood and energy to your stomach for digestion can cause muscle cramps (remember waiting to swim after food?) but a moderate, relaxing walk after dinner is a great idea! it's not either/or but both and more.
