Likely okay: Depakote is a known teratogen and can cause congenital malformations as you probably read, in a developing embryo/fetus. If you are 4 weeks pregnant, organs have barely started to form, and you'll likely be okay. Be sure to take 800mcg Folic Acid and speak with your doctor right away so that he/she can add some extra ultrasounds to check for any problems. In addition, may see geneticist to discuss.
