Seroquel (quetiapine): Very uncommo, especially at this low dose. Exercise in moderation and stay healthy.

Keep fluids up: On aug, 25, 2013: 63, 831 people reported to have side effects when taking seroquel (quetiapine). Among them, 835 people (1.31%) have neuroleptic malignant syndrome. Please note that this is the number among those who reported side effects, not the percentage of total patients, so the real incidence is not known because we would need to know how many people took seroquel (quetiapine) up until then. Exercise freely.
