I am 36/female and having increased fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, increased depression and exhaustion. My GP order labs; my tsh is reported as 3.54 and my free T4 is 0.8, both say on my lab references these are within normal range, but are they?
Two years ago I had hemithyroidectomy surgery (diagnosis : hurthle cell adenoma).At present after my routine checkup all tests fall in normal range except esr-23 mm/hr, crp-5.2 mg/l, total protein serum 8.40 g/dl, tsh- 5.77 iu/ml,vit d 18ng/ml?
My a.M. Cortisol serum is routinely 35+ (range 9-21), but low dose suppression test was normal. Tsh is slightly high, T3 (liothyronine) is elevated too. Causes?
Is it normal for tsh levels to go from 0.77 (lab range 0.35-4.94) to 2.02 (lab range 0.27-4.2) within the space of 4.5 months?
