Yes: Usually not readily visible, but yes there are number on progressive lenses.

Yes: There are circles, lines and numbers printed very faintly on the lenses. The number is the power of the reading portion of the lens and the lines and circle mark its location. You must be very nearsighted or use a magnifier to see them.

Yes: It's the power of the progressive lens. It should be faint enough so as not to interfere with vision.
