See below: Easiest way is to do the plate method. 9 inch plate, 1/2 of which will be vegetables, 1/4 carbs ( small scoop of potatoes/ rice/ pasta, or small piece of bread) , 1/4 protein ( size of a dec of cards for lean meat), fruits over pastries if possible, snacks in between should include small carb and protein, exercise 30-60 min a day, start slow if you have not exercised for a while. See a dr soon.
