LIkely quickly: The most urgent issues for anaphylaxis are breathing problem and shock. Since alcohol dilates the blood vessels , it will take even more volume to keep your circulation going. As anaphylaxis often causes a reduction in blood volume , alcohol may make the problem worse. As for smoking, it is not a problem but why would you be smoking anyway?
