Nizoral (ketoconazole): Nizoral has a broader spectrum of antifungal coverage than naftin (naftifine). Naftin (naftifine) indicated for trichophyton fungal infections (athlete's foot, jock rash) whereas Nizoral also covers candida (yeast) fungal infections which is commonly associated with balanitis.
