Which is better for toe nail fungus - naftin (naftifine) or econazole nitrate?

Creams? Neither.: Topical creams don't really work on toenail fungus. The fungus isn't this problem--creams just can't penetrate the nails very well. Nail fungus is a challenge as over the counter topical medications don't work very well either--they have a small warning on the label "do not use on scalp or nails", required by the fda. Oral medications or lasers work best, but nothing works 100% of the time.

Better for skin: Either one of them is better for the skin fungus than the toe nail's. Topicals need to be as solutions or used in conjunction with certain procedures... Laser therapy could help as well.
