Start with a medical: Evaluation to determine if there is an underlying medical cause for your anxiety. There a # of ways to address anxiety: cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, psychotropic medications, qi gong, tai chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, yoga, exercise program or progressive muscle relaxation (to mention a few).

Go see your Dr : And get checked for underlying medical conditions like thyroid problem, hormonal imbalance etc. First and foremost, u have to sleep adequately- at least 7-8 hours. Not sure: If this is unusual for you and you really have no idea what's wrong pay serious attention to it. Don't hesitate to call 911 if you need to. It could be an event or life circumstance that is making you feel anxious. Maybe anxiety built up over time. It sounds like you could use someone nonjudgmental, objective and confidential to talk to.
