Phentermine/PCOS: Phentermine may help with weight loss and pcos patients may have some of their symptoms worsen and find it harder to lose weight. The weight loss may improve the Insulin resistance as well. However, Phentermine is not a treatment for pcos and should be used with physician supervision. You can't use this while trying to conceive.
