Had a little niggling headache in top of head on right side not painful but noticeable get this everyday what isit?

Could be: A migraine . Depends on other aspects of the headache that would come from your history . A migraine is z type of headache not a severity . There are even migraines without pain. Do they go away with excedrine (3) or Ibuprofen (4) or alrve(3) ? If they are bothersome to you and you cannot identify triggers like stress , food or computer screens, etc, visit your doctor for help.
