Consider more : Glaucoma tests. Intraocular pressures that are asymmetric could be from errors or unreliable measurement techniques, but if he were my patient i would pay attention to the optic nerve appearance, family history, peripheral confrontational visual fields (all part of a normal comprehensive eye exam). Only with other suspicious findings would i order more tests. Best wishes.

MGD: These eye pressures are considered normal unless there are other findings on the exam. First line treatment for meibomian gland dysfunction is warm compresses to the lids for 10 minutes a few times a day, and increasing omega-3 fatty acids in the diet.
