Maybe: The creatinine is fine if you're a fairly muscular man, troublingly high if you're not. The uric acid is a concern only if you become symptomatic with gout -- it's just a heads-up. Talk with the physician who prescribed your lipid-lowering rx when it's convenient.

Depends: If you are a big muscular man creatinine of 1.38 could be normal for you. Otherwise, you should have a check up. High uric acid implies unhealthy diet and i guess you may be overweight and hypertensive. All those things could affect the kidney adversely.
