Not necessarily : Bipolar mood disorder seen in some celiac patients and visa versa so get screened with blood tests. Headaches very common in general population so not necessarily related. Medications used to treat bipolar commonly have GI and neurological side effects but you said "before treatment" so assume you mean symptoms present before medications prescribed for bipolar.
