Less than 140/90: Ideally, your BP should be 130/80 or less, 120/80 even better. If your BP is greater than 130/80, you may be pre-hypertensive.

Adult BP: Blood pressures between 90/60 and 120/80 are considered normal for the average adult. BP consistently greater than 140/90 would be considered high.
