Lactose: There is a lot of sugar in milk. You are probably reacting to so much sugar. Many humans find as they become adults that they no longer can drink milk. There is more and more evidence that humans should avoid milk as they age and it is okay to replace this with something else to drink that does not cause you so many problems.
