If your mucus plug is still hard but your wall is thinning out and not dilated, how long until you deliver?

Impossible to say: This is the forever 'golden' question... When will i deliver? In my experience, mucous plugs don't mean a lot. Thinning is a good sign that baby has dropped and is exerting pressure on your cervix... This is more predictive than dilation of impending labor. Having said that, however, it can be hours, days or weeks, until a woman delivers. Only the stars know for sure!
