Tummy tuck is best: There really is no substitute. A tummy tuck will address loose skin and the likely associated muscle separation. Liposuction is often used to contour the hip areas. It is unlikely that lipo alone or other non-surgical or minimally invasive techniques will provide sufficient correction.

Tummy tuck: Unfortunately, loose or stretched abdominal skin as a result of pregnancy does not leave you with many options. Abdominoplasty, also known as tummy tuck, is the best procedure for addressing excess skin. A tummy tuck not only removes the sagging skin, but also tightens the stretched abdominal muscles resulting in a smooth, sculpted abdomen.

Abdominoplasty: The most important feature of abdominoplasty is tightening and repositioning of the abdominal wall muscles to their normal sites. Removal of loose skin and fat without the muscle work will not solve the problem, because skin is very stretchable (as you have learned by carrying triplets.) you should also be evaluated for hernias as these are common after triplets; they can be fixed @ the same time.

Abdominoplasty!: The only real answer here (after triplets) is abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). This can remove the extra skin, but more importantly, repair the stretched muscles of your abdominal wall. This is best after your family is complete (i bet it is now!) and may need to wait until the triplets are old enough that you can recover appropriately after the procedure. You should not lift over ten pounds for 6 wks.
