What's reason i would be having another episode of shingles?

Stress: Unfortunately shingles is caused by a virus (herpes zoster) which we get from chicken pox and it stays with us. The virus is dormant in sensory nerves. During stress, states of illness and with aging (when our immune system becomes weakened), the virus can become active in the affected nerve and that's why shingles occurs in localized skin areas.

Shingles: No one knows for sure but likely due to temporary weaken in immune system due to other illness, fatigue, stress, immunosuppressive medications.
