No: Only if restenosis caused enough blood flow restriction to cause a wall motion abnormality on echo. An artery inflammation would be better screened by lab testing. Stents would not typicaly be considered 'rejected'. There would be a certain inflammatory reaction as the stent heals in place and the body covers it with skin. If the stent is not expanded properly, there could be a problem with des.
